HBIS World Leading Low Carbon Technologies Widely Applied in Hebei

HBIS Clean & Waste- Heat Application of Sintering Exhaust TechnologyHBIS Residual Heat Utilization of Coke Oven Raw Gas in Stand Pipe Technology were recommended to wide application in Hebei Province in the Hebei Low Carbon Technology Fair held by Hebei Provincial Ecology and Environment Department. 

HBIS Sintering Exhaust Clean & Waste- Heat Application Technology is dedicated to hot wind sintering procedure, reducing solid fuel costs and improving the quality sintered ore. The technology analyzes the specfications of sintering wind, including temperature, Oxygen level, dust and pollutants to improve the consistancy of sintering materials and crushing strength. At present, the promotion rate of this technology in the group reaches 90%, and the promotion rate in the whole country is about 2%. Residual Heat Utilization of Coke Oven Raw Gas in Stand Pipe Technology takes advantages of thermo balance in coking process to use new heat exchange standing pipes to absorb after heat to generate saturated steam or superheated stream. The overall technology has reached the international leading level. At present, there are about 20 sets of this technology in operation in China, about 30 sets of projects under construction, and nearly 10% of them are promoted nationwide.
